At Al Amal Psychiatric Hospital, she tackled challenges with an international patient base over 16 years of age, administering standardized assessments like MMPI-2 and Stanford Binet IQ Test, and conducting individual, group, and family psychotherapy.

Noora's role expanded to include crucial participation in inpatient ward rounds, intake assessments, and collaborative care with multidisciplinary teams. In her tenure at Windsor Medical Center and different settings, Noora further specialized in individual psychotherapy sessions, skillfully employing tools such as WISC-IV and MMPI-2.
